Returns & Refund Policy

If you want to return an item/s or change your mind, and the item/s is no longer required please notify us immediately on ILoveRGuk@gmail.com

 

Returning an item/s

If your item/s has not yet been dispatched, we will offer a full refund.

If your item/s has been dispatched, you should notify us so that we can arrange the return and refund.

Customers must pay to return the item/s.

Upon receipt of your delivery from I Love RG, you should check your item/s before use, as we do not accept return on used item/s.

Returned item/s which are not faulty must be in their original unmarked packaging and must be returned within 28 days of payment. Any necessary re-packing will be charged at £2.50 per item/s.

We advise all customers to send item/s back on a tracked service and that you obtain proof of postage.

Refunds are issued on receipt of returned item/s and returned to your method of payment.

 

Faulty item/s

In the unlikely event that an item/s is faulty, faulty item/s can be returned, please contact us on ILoveRGuk@gmail.com to discuss the item/s before returning it.

Item/s that cannot be returned

Please note that item/s which are not regular stock items, i.e. personalised print garments, will not be accepted back for refund.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange or return, hair accessories, toe shoes or underwear even if returned unworn.

Please be aware that returned items may take up to 28 days to be processed.
