At I Love RG, we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT) within 48 hours, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

We work with trusted delivery partners to provide reliable shipping within the UK and internationally.

Deliveries to Mainland United Kingdom

​

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, unless stated otherwise.

• FREE UK delivery on orders over £90

• Royal Mail Second Class (48 hours): from £2.95

• Royal Mail First Class (24 hours): from £3.95

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: from £4.95

Postage costs are calculated based on the size and weight of items. Some item combinations (for example, a ribbon stick and a ball) may result in different shipping charges.

​

To use Royal Mail Tracked 24, orders must be placed before 12:00 noon. Orders placed after 12:00 noon may be dispatched the same or next working day and are likely to arrive within 48 hours.

​

Gymnastics Hoops (UK Only)

​

Due to their size and handling requirements, gymnastics hoops are shipped as extra-large items via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Shipping costs for these items are calculated separately at checkout.

​

UK Delivery Responsibility

​

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, I Love RG cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services.

​

We are also not responsible for parcels that show confirmed delivery and are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your parcel goes missing, we will do our best to assist with tracking and enquiries. However, once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

​

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Autofill tools can sometimes insert incorrect names or partial postcodes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.

 

Deliveries Outside the UK

Due to Brexit, shipping arrangements for destinations outside the UK have changed.

​

At present, international delivery is arranged on request only.

Please contact us by email before placing your order to request international shipping and confirm availability and costs.

Customs & Duties

​

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

​

Unfortunately, I Love RG has no control over these charges and cannot advise on their cost, as customs rules vary by country.
